How We Serve You

We sell whole, half, and quarter cuts—not individual cuts. When you purchase from us, you're buying a portion of the entire animal. You pick up your beef from our ranch and take it to a butcher of your choosing.

Optional Services (at additional cost): We can arrange professional butchering, or deliver your beef directly to your butcher. Our butcher offers vacuum-sealed or butcher paper wrapping. Contact us to discuss these options and pricing.

This approach ensures you receive the full value and variety of premium Wagyu beef while supporting our sustainable, small-batch ranching model. Your butcher will custom-process your beef to include steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts according to your preferences and wrap it to your specifications.
