How Our Utah Farm Serves You

We sell whole, half, and quarter cuts—not individual cuts. When you purchase from our Utah family Farm, you're buying a portion of the entire animal. You pick up your beef from our Farm and take it to a butcher of your choosing.

Optional Services (at additional cost): We can arrange professional butchering, or deliver your Utah Wagyu beef directly to your butcher. Our butcher offers vacuum-sealed or butcher paper wrapping. Contact our Farm to discuss these options and pricing.

This approach ensures you receive the full value and variety of premium Utah Wagyu beef while supporting our sustainable, small-batch family Farm model. Your butcher will custom-process your beef to include steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts according to your preferences and wrap it to your specifications.
