At Rocky Mountain Wagyu, we operate on a farming timeline. This means we take the time necessary to provide you with thoughtful, personalized service—the same care and attention we give to raising our Wagyu cattle.
We're not a large commercial operation with instant online ordering. We're a family ranch that believes in building relationships with the families we serve. When you contact us, you're talking directly with the people who raise your beef.
Response Time
We typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days. We may be out on the ranch or in class, but we will get back to you.

By appointment. We're happy to schedule a time to discuss your needs, answer questions, or arrange a ranch visit.
